We are happy to announce that we have joined the Wave Tech Plus team. Wave Tech Plus has been performing repair and refurbish services for the telecom community for over 27 years now. Effective July 1st, 2014, King Technologies customers will receive expanded sales, repair and technical support services through Wave Tech Plus.

Existing Orders

For ALL orders received by King Technologies prior to July 1st, you can check your order status by clicking here. The Wave Tech Plus team cannot advise you of your existing order status. This link will be updated daily and provide you with information regarding your order status. It is our expectation that most delayed orders will be fully completed and shipped by July 15th. If you sent your order to King's Tennessee address after July 1st, don't worry, we will get it sent to the Florida facility for repair.

Repair and Refurbish

ALL Repair and Refurbish services will be performed out of the Wave Tech Plus facility located in Oldsmar , FL. Beginning July 1st, you may obtain an RA# by calling
